Please keep in mind that only artistic objects and antiques are sold in the online shop of the www.kunsthammer.at website. This concerns objects from the respectively stated period, the respective artist and the respective workshops. Note: the goods shown on the website have been photographed digitally. Minor deviations between the images of the goods and the actual state of the goods may arise; such deviations shall not represent a defect in respect of the goods. We reserve the right to reject orders. Following the submission of your order, you will receive confirmation by email.

(3) Total Sum:
The total sum to be paid is inclusive of shipping costs, taxes and duties.
Payments by credit card (Paypal), PayPal or immediate bank transfer must be made during the ordering process. Payments via bank transfer must have been received in our bank account within 14 days of the date of the order. As a general rule, we will ship the goods in 1 to 3 working days. Until receipt of payment, the goods shall remain the property of Kunsthandel Kolhammer OG. Following receipt of payment, you will receive a payment confirmation from us.
Please keep in mind that in the case of international shipping in particular, we cannot provide precise delivery times, as this depends on the shipping company. All shipments from us and to us with a value of up to 25,000 € are insured to the full value. We will endeavor to process all orders speedily and to your full satisfaction.
(6) Right of revocation:
A revocation shall take place informally via email or post without the giving of reasons, stating the invoice number and customer data, as well as a short description of the item. Notification to us prior to expiry of the revocation deadline shall be sufficient in respect of compliance with the revocation deadline. Following receipt of the revocation, you will receive written confirmation from us. In case of revocation, you must immediately return the items to us, however at the latest within 14 days of submission of the declaration of revocation. Should you not be able to return the goods received either in full or in part or should you only be able to return these in a deteriorated condition, you must, if applicable, provide us with value compensation to this extent. You must only provide value compensation if the said loss of value is due to handling other than which is necessary to check the quality and characteristics of the goods. We are also happy to take receipt of the goods personally at our gallery by agreement. The direct costs of the return must be borne by the Consumer. Please ensure correct packing. All payments made will be refunded by us as quickly as possible following return receipt of the goods. The refund will be made by PayPal, credit note to a credit card (paypal) or by bank transfer. We must be notified of returns where the value of the goods exceeds 25,000 €. The Austrian Distance Selling Act (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz) shall apply.
A statutory warranty right exists.
The place of jurisdiction shall be Klosterneuburg, Austria. We are excluding the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
