Tiffany centerpiece nr. 500

Here we present a centerpiece by Louis Comfort Tiffany furnances. The centerpieces has a very special, perfect and intense golden-yellow iridescence. It is decorated with plant vines and a cute, cut butterfly under the glass. The bottom of the bronce foot is marked with the Tiffany logo and the text: "Louis C. Tiffany Furnances, Inc. Favrile 500". The expressive use of floral elements on basic commodities is a mark for the time of Jugendstil and Art Deco. This centerpiece is a perfect example of a beautiful and decorativ piece of this time.
