Theodor Fahrner was one of most important silversmiths in Germany around 1900. His enterprise produced some of the finest pieces of jewelery in the world. In the year 1900 at the World Exhibition in Paris he was even awarded a silver medal for his works.
This cute brooch has a cut lapis lazuli with a finely crafted metal casing including the gem. It is marked at the back with Sterling Depose and TF 935.
